Our achievements for 2004 - 2005 season.
Pontin's British Open Brass Band Championships of Great Britain, June 2005
The Youth Band overall gained 2nd place in Section A (under 21s) We also won Best Percussion.
National Youth Brass Band Championships of Great Britain, April 2005
The Youth Band overall gained 3rd place and a Gold Certificate in the Community Section, out of 13 bands! We also won Best Instrumentalist Cornet.
Action Research Youth Brass Entertainment Festival, Blackpool February 2005.
The Youth Band overall gained2nd Place, both in Music and Entertainment. We also won Best Bass Section.
Tameside Youth Brass Festival 2004
The Youth Band overall gained 2nd Place we also won the Best Trombone soloist prize
